Good afternoon to our QEB families,
It is hard to believe that we are heading into our last week of the 2023-2024 school year!
This past week we celebrated the graduation of our Grade 8 students in a lovely ceremony at CSS. We are so proud of these students and we wish them all the best of luck as they begin their high school journey this fall!
Don’t forget that report cards go home on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 and Thursday, June 27, 2024 is our last day of school for this school year!
On Tuesday, June 25, 2024 Andy Forgie is gifting us with a Farewell QEB Concert (on the grass). We invite families that can make it, to join our staff and students at 9:00AM on the back school yard - bring your lawn chair and blanket. Looking forward to a great time of singing, dancing and community building!
Wednesday, June 26, 2023 our QEB Community Partners are providing a BBQ lunch for our students and staff during our Play Day. Lunch will consist of a choice of one hamburger/hotdog/veggie burger, veggies, and watermelon. During one of the Play Day stations students will have the options of water and a ‘freezie treat’ (Mr. Freeze or 100% Fruit Juice Freeze). Students will be eating in their classrooms and are free to eat their own packed lunch if they choose. Please remember to reach out to your child’s teacher if they are not participating or have dietary restrictions (we will do our best to accommodate).
